Consultants
Renee Johnson, M.Ed.
Renee is passionate about the care, teaching and environments created for children. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and a Master’s Degree in Education. Renee is certified in Conscious Discipline and Organization Leadership with John Maxwell. She sees the family unit as an essential and foundational piece of a healthy community and society. Renee’s career has spanned nearly 35 years and includes teaching, leading and owning Early Learning and School-Age Centers in Midland Michigan as well as a long-standing consulting business that offers leadership and staff development, parent and teacher coaching, training and public speaking. Renee has been married for more than 30 years, has five children and four grandchildren.

Ansley Grant, M. Ed.
Ansley has been a classroom teacher for 13 years, teacher coach for 2 years, and this year is an administrator. She has a degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Education. Ansley is certified in Conscious Discipline, Collaborative and Proactive Solutions, and has experience coaching and mentoring teachers and parents with behavior. Teaching in public schools has given her experience with IEP’s and given her new insights with her daughter on an IEP. She has been married for 11 years and is the mother of 2. She wants to partner with schools and families to help create peaceful homes and schools where children and adults can thrive and strengthen each other.
